I run a home health care company in Michigan called Noetic Inc. and our business is expanding and we are hiring. I am having the darnedest time finding RN's. I am not going to make a job post here as I am not confident of the posting rules and I do not want to solicit.
My request is where can I find nurse resumes without costing me an arm and a leg? Monster.com is $700 a month and for only 100 resume views. That story is constant when looking for resumes. Where do you all go to look for jobs online? I may be willing to pay for a resume website but I want to get the results.
Any advice you all can offer would be great.
Thanks,
Ed

Craigslist is low cost or no cost from what I have read. I have found a job there at least once. It is the first place I look for jobs. Many legitimate companies make use of craigslist.
Hi Ed- We have a resume package that is $750 for the month. You will have access to all of our resumes! We have over 14,000 searchable resumes. If you'd like more information, you can view our media kit here: http://www.helpatnursingspectrum.com...2NCRate4gr.pdf
So Ed, Exactly where is your company located; what type of work do you offer? Are you an agency? Do provide some more specific details. If I googled your company I would find it?
