Default Can I still take the NCLEX exam?

    Hello,
I graduated in 2006 with a BSN and failed NCLEX exam couple times. I gave up and worked as a clinical research coordinator at a cancer research center for the past 5 years. I kept thinking about the NCLEX exam and would like to give it another try. Do you think I can still take the NCLEX exam? How can I best prepare for it since I was out of school for a while now? Thanks in advance for your response.

Good luck to you! Hope you still can! I've heard of ppl taking the exam years later so I think you still can. An RN can better answer your question!

Welcome to the site. You can be successful as long as you are realistic about the time frame to prepare. Good luck.

Yes you can take the NClEX but you first need a refreshing course... And start practicing like 75-100 questions...
I graduated in 2009 and just took the boards 2 days ago and passed it my first time with 75 questions don't give up you're not alone
    Good luck to you

How did you get a job as a clinical research coordinator? I graduated in 2009 and because of a few life events haven't taken the NCLEX yet. I have currently been trying to find a job where I can utilize my degree without having my license. May I ask, where do you live? I live in Tacoma, Wa if you live nearby I'd love a study buddy.
