I am about to graduate and I am interested in doing research. I recently had a friend lose her baby to a severe case of amniotic band syndrome. She delivered at 21 weeks at the University of Utah hospital. I would really love an opportunity to work with mothers going through such horrible experiences and do research to possibly change future outcomes. Are University hospitals the best place to look for such nursing/research positions?

Hi Brandy- thanks for posting. I had a similar experience w a friend last year. It's just heartbreaking. She had a live birth as well. Hopefully you will find somewhere to do research. Thanks!
