RN- PRN- Pooled Nurses

WilsonHCG is seeking REGISTERED NURSES for a PRN position for a large client located in San Antonio, TX. We are looking for registered nurses who utilize the nursing process to independently deliver nursing care to patients to achieve quality outcomes.
Essential Job Functions:
• Complete thorough patient assessments.
• Incorporate family into plan of care and documents a plan of care that is individualized for each patient.
• Maintain current knowledge to assure a safe working environment and demonstrate practical application of all policies and procedures relative to safety and infection control.
• Maintain an orderly, efficient and timely flow of patients.
• Administer medications and treatments safely using 2 patient identifiers and the 7 rights of medication administration.
• Prioritize tasks and adjusts priorities when necessary.
Minimum Education and Experience:
• Education: High school graduate or equivalent required. Graduate of a nursing program: diploma, associate or baccalaureate degree.
• Experience: At least 3 years RN experience in a hospital
• Minimum License and Certificates Required: Valid and Current Texas License - Registered Nurse
