LTC RN looking for the right LTC facility

I recently relocated to NY city and I’ve been heartily disillusioned! I left a job at a great LTC facility run by the archdiocese of Philadelphia. Every morning at nursing standup, we meet with the unit managers, supervisors, wound nurse and rehab nurse to discuss what happened in the last 24 hours, then, the supervisors, managers and ADON and DON go to stand up where Every department head plus the administrator and assistant administrator briefly go over what has happened in the last 24 hours and what is planned for the day. Stand up began with a prayer, and ended with the priest giving a meditation and a prayer. I have never experienced anything like it, it left me ready to give everything I have each day. Where can I find that sort of dedication in or near NY city? From what I have seen, new York leaves a lot to be desired!!
Can anyone suggest a LTC facility I might be happy in? I am an experienced supervisor ready to move into an ADON position.
