Large Wisconsin healthcare delivery system seeks CVOR manager for one of its full service facilities, which includes a state-of the-art Cardiovascular Institute.
Position:
• The CVOR includes 2 rooms, and is part of the Cardiovascular Institute
• The selected candidate will report directly to the Administrative Director of the Institute
• Staff consists of 4 nurses, 2 surgical technologists, and 3 Cardiothoracic Surgeons
• Major responsibilities will include:
-Building and maintaining effective unit based teams
-Participating in the development, implementation, and evaluation of systems & process
-Physician Relations
-Administering the financial resources of the area(s)
