Surgical Story Help Wanted

I am writing a monster flick. A small scene has 2 married characters, a Surgeon and a Surgical Nurse who just completed a surgery together. I am looking for some dialog. The idea is that the 2 people complement each other to an extreme. I could just make this up, but I'm not familiar with the details or procedures of various surgeries. A cool gory surgery would fit best for them to talk about.

Example:
You are awesome.
Yes, but you were more awesome.
The way you did this was awesome
The way you did that was awesome
etc.

But using words that apply to surgery.

The way you stitched that wound was ...
You drilled that hole like a mad carpenter
cut this or that better than a butcher on Friday afternoon.
etc.

Have fun with this and make it amusing. Be creative. This is a smiling scene before the attack. The idea is that they are too perfect of a married couple. It would be nice if the audience would think, "I wish my spouse would compliment or edify me like that."
