    Default Power Breakfast

This is the breakfast that gets me well through lunch time feeling full of energy, and always ready to go:

    - 2 Poached Eggs (easy to do - just boil the water, put in the eggs for a few minutes - after a few times of doing it you'll learn how to cook to certain temperatures)
    - 2-3 strips of Bacon, not the instant microwave kind. You can cook a whole batch on one day and save it for the next few days.
    - Orange Juice
    - Tea
    - Occasionally a greek yogurt if I'm extra hungry

Does anyone have a similar lunch/dinner routine they would like to share?

Milk or fruits are most favorite to me, because no need to process.

    Cool

Breakfast on the run for me entails Oatmeal & a fresh fruit Smoothie, while I'm taking a shower the Oatmeal is cooking in the microwave, and the smoothie is getting ready by the blender, besides it keeps me full and energized till lunch!
