    In pregnancy women have been facing many problems such as infertility, labor, delivery, miscarriage, and many more. Study shows that women can control the problem trough the regular exercise during pregnancy. So keep health and fit.

    While staying fit is good advice for anyone, unfortunately it isn't a "cure all" for pregnancy related issues. Infertility is caused by many different things, some of which (for example: endometriosis) cannot be cured by simple exercise. In fact, it is possible to be overexercising and causing a hormonal imbalance which further complicates achieving fertility. Miscarriage can actually be caused by an overload of exercising. It does have it's benefits, when used correctly. Any woman facing pregnancy related issues should discuss a fitness plan with a specialist who deals with their particular issue thoroughly, and engage in fitness plans under the doctor's supervision.

    Every pregnancy has some risk of problems. So best care of health is essential during Pregnancy.

    Drink good quantity of liquid product at this period, mostly water and fresh fruit juices. Water should be clean boiled or filtered because most of diseases are basis by waterborne viruses.

    I ‘m with ATALWAR79, it’s not just all about exercise, though it’s essential to be fit because you cannot just drink any meds if you got sick!

    Eating healthy, exercise, and drinking fluids are all good practices, but they can not prevent serious complications in pregnancy! The best prevention is frequent monitoring and check-ups at the OB-GYN.
