Want CEU courses greater than one hour.

Hello,
I'm trying to find a site that offers longer RN CEU courses, rather than just a few hours. I'd like to find a good up-to-date offering on Alzheimer's disease, but everything I see online is mainly for one hour. The one course I've found for fifteen hours seems to be outdated. I enjoy learning, and want courses with accurate and interesting content. Does anyone have a suggestion as to where they can be found?
