Hello,
I have been working in the mental health field for over 10 years, recently downsized and have been looking for work for over 3 months and no luck. I have tried moving into other sources of nursing, but I can't even get an interview any advise would be greatly appreciated.

try a travel nurse agency in your area for placement or get in touch with a local nursing agency

Try for a new grad internship or a refresher program with clinicals. Update your certifcations in other areas. Try MHRA and mental health home care.
