    Mandi,

Make sure to ask questions at the end. Yes, the employer will likely ask you these questions, but be sure to ask some follow-up questions. That shows them you are interested. Remember, although they are interviewing you, you are also interviewing them. You don't want to end up in a position you don't like.

Hi, I'm looking for registered nurses, ADN graduates who were hired direcly into a critical care unit upon graduation who would be willing to share their lived experience as a new nurse, as part of a doctoral dissertation study. Graduates should work in L.A. county and should not have been out of school for more than 3 years. Information and participation is completely confidential and will not require more than 1 hour of the participants time. If interested, please contact Jean Reyes, R.N., M.N, EdD, abd @916- 595-5586 or email jeanreyes1942@yahoo.com. Your participation may help to change the course of nursing education.

hehe..... that's the cliche when we do an interview, whatever you study or plan to work for.
you have to experience this questions, if you want to work somewhere.

ok, try to think it, since i don't know your background, experiences.
but the first question, the time-duration, short time is not the wise answer, and by the way , your answer should be positive whatever the questions, that's the point. And don't be short-eye-sighted

    Ok, good luck!.

Yeah Agree with that experience is very important with study. You learn more with experience then reading books. Practical knowledge come from practical experience in the field to handle the people. So go outside and ask the answers from related environment.
