To receive a new copy of a RN license in NJ

I was hoping someone out there would know how I could get a new copy of my RN license from the NJ board of nursing. I've gone on their website and sent emails asking for help, but I've haven't gotten a satisfactory reply. Is there a form? I assume sending money somewhere will be involved. I'm almost to the point of going down to the Division of Consumer Affairs in person to see if I can get any answers.

Go in person. I went to my Board in person to renew my license. The people were nice and I was given a receipt that they told me would stand as proof of my license status until I got the renewed license in the mail. I would suppose that you can receive the same service in NJ.

Did they return any of your phone calls? I'd try calling a few times before I made the trip into Newark, New Jersey. Deal with them from time to time and they do return phone calls for me.
