The best course I did before taking the NP exam was npexamcoach.com. It's a site where they provide you with this extremely easy to read, concise study guide that goes over all the main stuff that you will see on your test. It really helped me. I still look at it for review. They also let you talk with a nurse practitioner coach over the phone to ask all about the test and what to expect.
