Good Morning Everyone,
My name is Teri. I live in New Orleans, Louisiana. I have been an RN for 11 years but currently unemployed. I submit my resume everyday but have not received that long awaited call of being hired. Yes there is no longer have a nursing shortage. I'm glad to have found this forum and look forward to interacting with other nurses.

Hi Teri,
What area of practice were you in? Have you been out of practice for a while? Might want to try a different area of practice. Try networking at association meetings, going to job fairs, updating any rusty skills like your ACLS, etc.Good luck to you and welcome to the forum.
