Small family-owned Long term Care south suburban facility is seeking both experienced and high level DON for large 300 bed facility. Must be a self-starter. Facility services offered are Rehab, Ventilator Therapy and On-Site Dialysis.

DON: Qualified candidates will possess a valid Illinois license as a Registered Nurse as well as a minimum of three years of managerial level nursing experience as DON or nurse manager in a Skilled Nursing Facility. Sound knowledge of Federal and State regulations is required. We are seeking candidates with strong leadership abilities, ability to work within budgetary restraints, a good track record that enjoys being a team player. Excellent salary and benefit package.
