Anyone Working Peds ED/Trauma?

I work in an Pedicatric ED and respond to traumas as needed.
Wow. Glad to hear from someone that does. I am thinking about transferring into pediatric ED/trauma. Would like to know more of what to expect. I 've been working pedatric, critical care--PICU but mostly Cardiac intensive care. Want to learn some something new and different in peds.
And yes. I would like a general idea of how well pediatric ER nurses work together--more supportive than other areas (some are quite cut-throat)?
Appreciate your feedback Shannon.

I also work in pedi/er. Look forward to updating this thread.
Hi. Just wanted to introduce myself. I work in a pediatric ER and could offer some insight.
I'm starting a job in a pediatric ed in a few weeks. No experiences to share yet but I'm really excited!
I work in a Level I pediatric ED.
Pediatric ED is a very exciting field in nursing. I am looking forward about shifting to Pediatric ED in the future.
