Why not add the following specialties to the forum sections such as; psychiatric nursing, forensic nursing, home health nursing, administrative nursing, LTC nursing, military nursing, UR nursing, IT nursing, nursing education, infection control nursing etc.

What about condensing all the recently-added forums (six in total) for Critical Care, Pediatrics, Oncology, Perioperative, Emergency Dept., and Med/Surg Nursing into just one forum entitled "Nursing Specialties", or something similar? It would make for a much less- cluttered board appearance and would still allow for individual sub-forums to be created under the main one if people want to discuss topics related to each specialty.

Yes, I'd like to see things related to specialties outside of the hospital. Public/community health, school health, occupational, parish nursing too.
