I just tried making some changes to require some additional validation when trying to post; lets see if that works. First time posters will have to enter a valid sequence of words to post; maybe that'll foil them.

That would prevent those without licenses - students - maybe even retired nurses who chose not to renew but are still interested. I wouldn't want to see that happen.
