please start a new catagory for those who are graying in Nursing - such as those who want to continue working - limited hours and jobs that are suited to physical challanges and disabilities.
Recruiting those "who have paid their dues" can have advantages in a time of shortage"

Do you have a suggestion for the name of the forum? I don't really want to use "Graying in Nursing".

Evening,
NurseDot, Are you still holding a contest for the name of the forum? On October 10, 2008, a response was never been placed a week after.
May I ask, has the members or yourself decided the age which is consider "older"? When I was 18 years old I thought I was an old lady. Now, I am as young as I can be and age is a number and live as a young adult with full happiness, activities and most of all, I have healthy and positive friends.
1) The Comeback Golden Nurses or Comeback Nurses
2) The Nightengales Era Nurses
