I'm so sorry,thankfully she went peacefully and you were with her.It sounds like your cousin is bieing supportive,doesn't make up for the sister but it's something.Take care of yourself now you need a break after all you've been through Prayers for you and your family

as i make plans i feel like i am in a fog.i do normal things like laundry ,clean my kitchen ,go out to eat.but then i come home (she lived with me) and i see her everywhere .i swear even my dogs don't know what to do.i am trying to carry out my moms wishes as best i can .my sister has not helped in any decisions nor offered any support .however i have no regrets i have done what i have needed to do.my mom is hopefully at peace with my dad.and thankfully i have friends and cousins ,as well as s.o. who have been supportive.i feel so lost and overwhelmed at times but i know it will pass .i will survive .

thanks again it has helped to come here and vent and get support.i made it thru the wake and funeral .i am very tired but i did ok thanks to friends and my boyfriend.i know i did what my mom would want .she is at peace now and with my dad .i am now alone ,at home,restless and don't know what to do with myself .but i guess this is all normal .i go one day at a time hell 1 moment at a time.my loa is almost over and i think it will be good for me to go back to work and be constructive.

God love you. I was a basketcase after Dad's funeral.
Going back to work will probably be a good thing, but in the evenings if you get sad, don't be afraid to cry. You need the release now. Soon you will start remembering the good times and you will be able to thing about your mom without crying.
