How well do you manage your own health? An invitation for all nurses and nursing students

Nurses are active in taking quality care of others, but how do nurses take care of themselves? We are a RN and a Psychology professor from the University of Windsor who are conducting an online survey to explore the health behaviors of nurses. The survey takes 20 to 35 mins. to complete and all responses are anonymous. Nurses and nursing students in North America (US and Canada) are eligible to participate.
