Hi! I am an RN from Colorado. Obama may be our new Afro-American President , but it has not helped many of our African-American nurses with acquiring better jobs or promotions, here in the Denver Metro area. This is one nurse's opinion, so don't get your nurses' cap in a knot. Now if I could win that Super Beetle Convertible, it may allay my nursing anxieties quite a bit.

Joined today to learn and share work place experiences with you all. I hope it worths the while. We are in this Profession because this is where we want to be. For ages, Nurses have been stead-fast in giving humanity an unconditional tender loving care from birth to the last moment of life, at home or in an establihment. Tell me, how would the world feel or look like, (Generation that is been smoothered with love and kindness) carry on without this NOBLE PROFESSION. Great Nurses, you go guys.
