From NYSNA: Mandatory Overtime Bill to be Considered by the Senate Labor Committee Legislation to ban Mandatory Overtime will be considered by the Senate Labor Committee next week. The hospital industry is inundating the Senate with phone calls urging them not to pass the bill. Senators must hear from nurses! Don't let the hospital industry speak for you. Take Action Now! Contact your State Senator and tell them that the Mandatory Overtime Bill must pass before the end of this legislative session.
