Thread: dress codes

    Default dress codes

Please bear with me on this question- new female employee doesn't wear underpants under her scrubs. Is there a standard anywhere pertaining to this? Our dress code only states that socks need to be worn. This has never been an issue before now. Current female staff have concerns.

Ha, ha, ha THIS IS SOMETHING! How in the hell ..."the group" knows that poor gurl doesn't have underwear? Did you check on her? You have a team group leader who check underwear at work and is the one keeping on track long sleeves underwear policy"?

What proves you have that she has not undies? And why "current female staff" have concerns?

Jeez... that girl if is young enough or wild enough she could wear TONGS? Did you heard about TONGS, you could NOT see them if you wear pants. Jeez stupidity could grow up high in nursing filed Day by Day!

For me your group looks like one who doesn't work enough and you grew up like a clique looking form girls undies, lol. Ask her, lol!

    Stupidity is infinite!

This is quite interesting. How can you tell that the nurse is not in the proper dress coder. Maybe you can ask your supervisor on what you can do about this.

Normally all well written dress codes have a broad statement about "appropriate business dress" of some sort that will cover things like this whne the specifics in the dress code may not specifically address it. This is to make sure that even though the dress code does not spell it out specifically, "it will be covered" one way or another! : )

To ZuziRN- learn to spell. This is a legitimate concern. This woman changes into scrubs in front of everyone, rather than using a restroom stall. As to wearing THONGS, you would still see a line. My colleagues work hard, they're not a CLIQUE. If you've been an OR nurse long enough, you would remember back when we wore scrub dresses, then it was changed to pants, to help avoid "fallout". You're the stupid one. As for other's answers. thank you for your input.

Nasreder...keep your words on track dear and prove that you are a LOGICAL NURSE.

When you ask for an advice on a public forum give ALL INFO. Don't be judgmental!

Restroom stall is NOT mandatory when you change scrubs. As about your offended sight...just turn around and look on the ceilling, lol.

If you tried to SEE a line when she wears tongs means that you looked at her ass very closed lol. WHY? She could sue you for it before to be reported by your clique, to not wearing long sleeves underwears....lol

Tongs line could not be seen very well if you have a normal bottom, for it, tongs are for pants. But if you are an one, without, sure that a line is a line and could be seen, lol

Yes you are a clique...if you was offended because she was changed in the front of you....I hope that she was young and pretty and with a brazilian, lol, enough to offend all of you!

Your words talk about you and your clique....lol
