Transitioning to Agency nursing

I just got offered to work for an agency in my local area as an RN. I'm only looking for 4-5 shifts per pay period (q 2wks) and am wondering if anyone has any input on whether not this is something that would be realistically achievable through an Agency?? I'd like to drop my current position for more flexibility with school and life. ANY input is appreciated!

You may consider signing on with more than one agency. As an LPN doing mostly hospice work it can be iffy some weeks.
