Privatization

I'm an RN working at a county jail. We currently work for the county but they're considering privatizing. Has anyone gone through this? What was your experience/advice? Thanks.

Like any privatization, they will want to cut costs as much as possible. So be prepared for that. The good news is you have your RN, so you have lots of options if it doesn't work out!
