Hello everyone, just a brief introduction: I'm an engineering student doing research into boundaries to accessibility that people may experience. My research is in the very beginning stages and I'm attempting to get a feel for areas which may need a technical solution to an accessibility barrier caused by disability. The plan is to pursue a specific area of accessibility and design something that will actually be practical and useful for people who face an accessibility barrier.

So the question I want to pose to the forum is: Do you (as a practicing nurse) face any accessibility boundaries due to disability which hinders your ability to perform your job? Secondly, do you witness any patients with disabilities which may benefit from a technical solution to said accessibility barrier?

I feel that hospitals may be a good area to benefit from better accessibility for both nurses and employees, and also the patient. The goal of the project is to pair up with a community outlet, which is why I'm posing this question.
