PearsonVue trick question---- I need help

Hey guys. Can someone help me here. I just took the Nclex and had the popup message which says " Our record indicate that you have recently scheduled this exam. Please contact your Member Board for further assistance. Another registration cannot be made at this time"

Several people say it means u passed. But I don't believe it. Can someone please clarify me on this?
