Hi I'm new to this site and i'm pretty sure there are many out there that have posted this thread. But a little about myself I am a new grad rn like many others trying to find work. I live in So Cal and let me tell you, the job market is lame out here. Its so hard to land a job. I have been applying EVERYWHERE outside of this state inside this state and I've only gotten 2 interviews. I do have medical experience 7 years+ I work as a CNA right now and also a former Unit Clerk.I'm applying to SNF locally here in So Cal and still haven't heard anything back. Just a little insight from a member or a professional would be nice. Any kind of advice or suggestions would be great. Hope to hear from any of you.
