Nurse insight survey for new hires

Hello, Has anyone out there become frustrated by this 'personality' computer interview some hospitals are using (by Gallup called 'nurse insight survey')??? It is given after you submit an application and a first step to see if you are even worth interviewing in person I guess. I have taken a few and so far no invites for interviews. I have 17 years experience, good references and thought I did well on the 'test', and tried to be honest and pretty forthright. My opinion so far is it is pathetic and so unpersonalized . Is this really what our world is coming to??
