New Grad need tips for interview for new grad ED Program!!!!!!

Hello!!! I have an interview coming up for a new to practice emergency room nurse. Please provide with me some tips and questions you were asked in your interview. I'm hoping that since I have no experience, they won't hound me with too many clincal scenarios type question

Some of the questions they asked me when I was just starting out was : Why did I choose nursing as a profession? How do I see myself 5 years, 10 on? Why I should be the one that they should hire over those most experienced ones? I hope these questions can help you feel more confident about your interview. Good luck and hope you get the job.

Well from what I have remembered, I am a quick learner, I can easily cope and a fast learner. Of course, those are just answers of a then inexperienced nursing graduate.
