Hi all,
I was a new grad RN that landed a job in the ER, ive been here for the past two years, however it took me a year and a half to land this job, i look forward to reading concerns about todays nursing, ER/critical care experiences and insights/advice of my fellow nurses. I am so proud to be a nurse and understand nursing is not for everyone, it is a hard profession and only fellow nurses can relate.....i look forward to using this resource.... thanks again
