Hi! My name is Kim and I'm about to graduate from an MSN RN program (I had a different major in undergrad) in Chicago, IL. I just had a couple of questions regarding the NCLEX and entering the workforce as an RN. When would you recommend taking the NCLEX after graduation? Also, I'm interested in working in the ICU but have heard from fellow graduates that the ICU was too intense for a new nurse. Any input would be appreciated!
