Hi Everyone

I have applied for a Unit Manager position and have an interview on Wednesday. Can someone tell me please what the Universal Care Provider Model is? I have searched and came up with only an insurance compnay in CA and a hospital model where patients stay in one unit throughout their stay. This position is in an AL/Memory Care facility so that description doesn't make sense.
