Needed a few CEU's and am living and working in Costa Rica! I am a certified nurse midwife and seriously can't believe I not only take a client history in Spanish, but also chart in Spanish in a computerized health record. Pretty amazing! This can be heartbreaking as clients have little access($) to tests or specialists.
