i am also a nurse working in JDWNRH, Thimphu Bhutan.this is our country's national referral hospital. though it functions as a national hospital but it still has a staff shortage mostly in nursing field.still than we do try managing it. i am working in pediatric ward which consists of 36 beds which includes picu also. indeed we do face a lot difficulties because here our patient to staff ratio is somewhat 1:16. anyway glad that i am a nurse working for someone's welfare.
