Too many people I've met are too stressed and have their shorts/panties on way too-o-o tight. No interests beyond what it is they do for a living; this is not a life. Yoga is one the best way's I've found to chill; cheap/portable/can do it anywhere. . . Walking, Swimming, Reading, Friends/Family/Pets and having Hobbies, all helps too . . .

Young parents need to make time for "me" time; otherwise if you don't take care of you, there won't be any of you to share with others. . .

Not sure if this is a good answer or not. . . This based on a quick Google search of this substance. Many questions about the safety and use of this. . . Rather than seeking a quick "fix" via ingestion of a pill; one might better consider the alternatives available. . . safer and more effective in most cases.

There are countless methods to reduce stress, but I prefer to meditate to get relief. Meditation instills peace into our souls and drives away negative thoughts.
