Pediatric Home Care Skilled Nursing Visits - Questions

I'm a healthcare consultant in Texas. I'm working with a home care company that currently provides pediatric therapy services only. They are interested in entering into the skilled nursing world for children. I have some questions about these type of visits. If any one of you have experience in this area I would greatly appreciate your insight and help. I've reached out to contacts but they only provide private duty nursing services and I need information on skilled home care services. The questions that need answered are as follows:

On average only -
How often are skilled visits provided (i.e. 2-3 x wk, 6 x month, etc).
How long are the visits on average not counting the evaluation/admission visit?
What is the average length of stay for home care pediatric nursing patients?

I'm really desperate at this point Any insight or direction to contact someone would be so helpful.
