Hi everyone! I am desparately looking for experienced nurses for Norhern Westchester Hospital (ED,ICU, Nuclear Cardiology, to name a few). We have tried all of the conventional and unconventional means of recruiting. We are offering sign on bonuses, referral bonuses, etc., but getting few results. Any ideas?

maire, If I'm not mistaken the hospital that is in question is located in NY.
