IV Certification

Hi everyone....I became an LPN in 2000, in Illinois....this was the last year that LPNs were not iv certified through the curriculum. Does anyone know where I can become IV Certified here in Illinois? I have done numerous searches on the internet and keep coming up empty handed. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
