I was drug tested at work and tested positive for marijuana.My DON said she has to report this to the BON.Does anyone know what kind of penalty I should expect?

Depending on your state's laws, you may want to seek legal counseling, preferrably from a nurse attorney. Board consent order restrictions and stipulations could be highly strict, again contingent upon your state. You can also contact your BON and ask them what are the ramifications for this type of situation. They are the best resource! God speed!
