I have a friend that lives near Statesville, NC who is bipolar and has been off his meds since '08 due to issues of indigency. Does anyone have any resources that I might be able to point him in the direction of for assistance that is local to him.

He really needs to see a doctor and get back on his meds. He is temporarily staying with friends but can not use their address due to tenancy issues.
