Hello fellow nurses of the world. I am a travel nurse by trade, and love to travel. I don't know if ever I will slow down and settle into one location. A few years back I was in Texas where I came across difficulties trying to communicate with my patients, especially Spanish speaking ones. So I decided to take classes at the local community college, after a semester, I really did not get anything out of it. Months of trying to practice I came across another nurse who told me to travel, and go abroad. To keep it short, it was the best experience of my life, I loved living with a family, and learning Spanish.

The after coming home, I honed in more Spanish and was more comfortable speaking. I decided to venture out some more and become a travel nurse. So both Medical Spanish and travel came into my life and skills just in the right moment. And now, I love being a travel nurse.
