I don't want to do it, but until I get another job , I have to. My supervisor is not one to help and I am tempted at this point to make her cover for my lunch. It will mean I get out an hour later but their trying to cut corners at mine and the patient expense and I find it to be unsafe and unfair. I know the state of NJ says its allowable- but would you do it? Would you put your loved one in a facility that carries out this practice. The stress level is high enough at 30 to 1 in the middle of the night- These people don't all sleep. And then med rounds start at 5 and there all waking up. I don't know how I'm going to do this.I 'm going to keep my head up- breathe- and get through it one hour at a time.
