I have been helping out a friend who owns a couple board and care facilities. She recently asked me if I would I/O a patient of hers for urine sample. Is this legal? the family had been shown how to do it in the office and had major reservations about doing it. Does anyone know if this is legal in CA.

The LTC home I work at is implementing the 60 patients to 1 nurse policy- and I have to work it tonight. I don't want to do it, but until I get another job , I have to. My supervisor is not one to help and I am tempted at this point to make her cover for my lunch. Hi All, I have taken my NCLEX PN 3 times and getting ready to take it for the 4th time, the first time our school rushed us into taking it in less than one week of completion of course, test stopped at 89, I was not ready, the second time I was so stressed out because when I got there I had to do a lot of running around trying to print out my ATT letter that was sent to me by email which I had no clue I needed it to test, test stopped at 136 and the 3rd time test shut down at 176 and at 5 ...

Can anyone help me? I'm going to clinicals in February need peds help. I can't really afford to buy those online study materials, so I've been studying with material that was given to me. Can anyone give me some advise on peds. Like diaper changes and weighing the diaper. Also, i was told if they were less than one years of age you would have to gown up. Could anyone please clarify and give me some added advise. It would be greatly appreciated.
