i am confused. i graduated 2007, got my RN license 2008, got my 1st skilled nursing facility job on 2009. i've been there for 2 years. i've been trying to apply to acute hospitals with no luck. recruiters were telling me i am considered a new grad since i don't have any acute experience. but on the other note, i have my 2 years experience in a LTC. ugh. it's soo hard to apply for the category i should be in.
