Hi Everyone,

I owe my baby daughter's life (and a big piece of my own life) to NICU nurses and all the staff in the NICU where she was born. My little girl was born at 25 weeks gestational age and weighed 630 grams. Oh, did I mention that all of this happened on the opposite coast? My wife was on a business trip, hardly showing, at 23 weeks and 5 days when she went into preterm labor!

Before all of this, I had never heard the term NICU and had spent very little time ...
